В этой статье мы расскажем Вам об одном из самом популярном и необычном фрукте Тайленда дуриане. Во многих странах Азии этот фрукт считается чуть ли не национальным достоянием и его часто называют "королем фруктов".
Плод дуриана обычно имеет массу от 2 до 10 килограмм и содержит внутри 5 камер с белой мякотью необычного вкуса. На вид он выглядит довольно зеленовато-коричневым и колючим. Зрелый фрукт не должен иметь трещин и быть твердым на ощупь.
Едят Дуриан либо ложкой, либо режут на небольшие кусочки и накалывают их на палочку, потому как если есть этот фрукт руками, то избавиться от его запаха потом будет сложно.
Вкус и запах
Дуриан - этот тот фрукт, который можно либо любить, либо ненавидеть. Вкус дуриана крайне необычен по сравнению с большинством фруктов и мало на что похож. Некоторые туристы находят в нем привкус лука, чеснока и сыра, другие говорят что в нем есть привкус клубники...
Что касается запаха дуриана, то он довольно неприятен, так что его не разрешается кушать и проносить во многие общественные места. По мнению некоторых туристов он просто воняет тухлятиной.
Довольно часто тем, кто впервые пробует этот фрукт, он не нравиться, но чуть позже на второй или третий прием они начинают по новому ощущать его вкус.
Полезные свойства дуриана
Дуриан считается отличным афродизиаком. В Малайзии есть поговорка: "Когда дуриан падает с дерева, саронги (мужские юбки) поднимаются )))"
Дуриан часто используют в качестве добавки во многие национальные десерты.
Дуриан и алкоголь
При употреблении этого фрукта нельзя принимать спиртного. Совместное употребление алкоголя с дурианом может плохо сказаться на здоровье и вызвать перегрев организма. Также с этим фруктом нужно быть осторожней людям у которых есть проблемы с сердцем.
